Magnetic bar, a normal material to filter iron in various of fine powder, liquid, and other magnetic material. widely used in Chemistry, food, reclamation, carbon industry etc.
Advantage
In order to keep work state, the bar should be corrosion resistance and thermostability in different work spot. The guide magnetic sheet size decide the magnetic field. Also, different kind of magnet decide magnetic and thermostability, usually a normal one inch magnetic bar need to made of more than N40 Neodymium Magnet to get 12000 Gauss magnetic field. Thermostability bar need alnico if in the temperature more than 150 degrees.
